Tonight I'm wishing Halloween lasted longer and I'm very grateful...
1. That Ben had a good time on his school/conference trip to Louisville, KY AND that he returned safe.
2. That Erich tolerated wearing his lion costume 5 nights in a row: Thursday (HealthSouth party), Friday (grandpa's ward Halloween party), Saturday (Cornbelly's & dinner with cousins), and Sunday (to get the mandatory picture on the porch with his pumpkin). He didn't really love the face make-up though.
3. For my mom, who stayed with us while Ben was gone and for all her help with Erich (dropping off & picking up from the sitter).
4. For family who lives close and who we enjoy spending time with.
5. That tomorrow is the start of 2nd quarter, which means new seating charts, new curriculum, and new perspective of a whole bunch of stuff!
