Saturday I was grateful for....
1. My mom for about one gillion reasons, but most importantly: she drove out to pick Erich & I up since I left my purse at work & felt nervous driving without my driver's license AND she bought Erich a grundle of new fall/winter clothes.
2. My brother, Eric, who had his birthday & whom I called to wish a happy birthday. He's always been so far beyond awesome.
3. Fair food. Specifically funnel cake with powdered sugar and chocolate.
4. Ben's boss, who let him leave work early so we could go to the fair for Military Day.
5. Our new favorite way to spend our night after the boy goes to bed: Catan the card game.
Sunday (today) I'm grateful for....
1. Erich sleeping in until 8:30.
2. My voice is getting better.
3. Ant traps that killed all those pesky ants on our counter lickity split!
4. Late church (By the way, I'm rarely grateful for late church; I hate late church, but today it's nice knowing I have a few hours to lounge in PJ's)
5. Not getting our house broke into even though someone *cough-Ben-cough* left the front door unlocked.
fair food! LOVE the funnel cake with powdered sugar! oh man I could go back just for that! :)
